But if you decide that you'd prefer to speak to someone about your options, you can speak to a trained Staffordshire Cares Advisor either over the phone, face-to-face or via email.

Cost
Your call will be charged at your local rate from a landline or mobile network. It will also be included in inclusive call minutes and discount schemes from all major mobile phone and landline operators. A SMS will cost you your normal network rate.
